Target:
Hit 5km running by early June. 10km by September.
How:
Gradual stamina build-up.Walk/run combo.
Running sessions every 2 days, 1 day rest. 5 days a week of training.
Motivation and Help:
iPod with running playlist. (Part of the fun is the construction of the playlist)
Pasta night before running.
The idea of losing out to a girl. Very Impossible.
Problems:
Getting nailed by cars.
Idiots in my way. OUTTA THE WAY MOTHERFUCKERS. (this really gets my riled up)
Losing motivation halfway before even reaching the 5km target. (Insert item 3 of motivation and Help)
